In order to gain edit access to the wiki please first add yourself to the 'wiki group' on the forums (user control panel, usergroups) then log into the wiki using the same username and password. I gather a few people have been having trouble figuring out how to get edit access to the wiki. Now you know how. This test user was created in order to test that the system still works, and I've added the same note to the default startpage of the wiki. |

I seem to be successfully added to the wiki group, as trying to add gives this message: Quote: Information You are already a member of the selected group. But trying to log on to the wiki gives this message: Quote: Login error
You have not specified a valid user name. |

It seems that usernames which contain an underscore (_) are not considered valid by the wiki even though they're accepted by phpbb. Different software. I'll look into this, but my PHP is pretty shabby so don't expect a fix too soon. In the mean time probably the easiest thing to do is change "james_g" to "james g" and that'll get you around the problem Let me know if you'd like me to go ahead and do that... |

That would be great, thanks. |
