I suggest removing most of the text in the Problems section (which is to say most of the text on the page). The first and second paragraphs say much the same thing as the first and second paragraph of the Policy page.
The third and fourth paragraphs allude to the idea of changing the way copyright works, to make it more relevant to modern information technology. There is support in PPNZ for bold innovative reforms to copyright law, but not an agreement on what form they should take. I don't think there's any point raising the question until we have the answer, because as it is these paragraphs don't lead anywhere. And when we do have an answer, it would belong on the Policy page.
The fifth and final paragraph is relevant, but could probably be moved to the end of the History section. -- james g
